Luis Miguel Sirumbal R.

Peruvian economist with 33 years of experience in development projects management, mainly in the field of labor economics and public policy analysis. He completed his undergraduate studies at the Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú / Universidad Inca Garcilaso de la Vega, and his master in economics, in management and public policy at the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Since 1982 he is part of CEDAL-Rights and Development Center team, being CEO in three periods, for three year-term each. Among other duties and responsibilities, he has been president (2004-2008) of the National Association of Research, Social Promotion and Development Centers (ANC) and director for the Andean region (2005-2011) of Latin American Association of Development Promotion Organizations (ALOP).
