Ph.D. from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (1997) on the topic of language and national identity among Argentinean immigrants in Israel.  Research topics: Psychology of migration, Migration and racism, Language and identity, Intercultural communication, Sociology of language. Developed and directed a national project with groups of immigrants in order to help them cope with the consequences of culture shock. Her present research is focused on rejected immigrant groups, Ashkenazi and Whiteness invisibility in Israel. Taught courses at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel Aviv University.
